Spice is shipped according to availability. By ordering, you understand you are requesting to be placed on a waiting list whenever spice is unavailable. Spice orders will be fulfilled on first order/first serve basis.
How ordering works
From our field to you
Bulbs are pre-ordered and shipped in summer when the corms are dormant and ready to travel. Plant in late summer for an autumn bloom — your first threads can be ready that same fall.
Saffron spice is hand-harvested, air-dried, and weighed at the Old Manse. When it sells out, the next batch follows the harvest in November.
